Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and related family law litigation for Modern Family Law. Manage client communications, legal documentation, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Description
- Manage a varied family law caseload, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support
- Communicate directly with clients throughout their matters
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Conduct depositions and participate in court appearances and mediations
- Balance competing responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team-oriented workplace
- Build and strengthen substantive litigation skills

Requirements
- At least four years of experience practicing family law
- Family law experience is preferred; litigation candidates interested in family law are also welcome to apply
- Active admission to the Colorado State Bar
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands while maintaining a client-focused approach
- Ability to perform assigned responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
