Description
- Maintain a complete and accurate fixed asset sub-ledger, including timely capitalization and asset retirements
- Complete fixed asset month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, depreciation and amortization postings, and variance explanations
- Help ensure fixed asset schedules comply with US GAAP and local i-GAAP requirements
- Perform record-to-report activities, including accruals, amortization, and balance sheet substantiation
- Develop qualitative variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset movements across the P&L and balance sheet
- Support the preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations for internal reviews
- Follow SOX controls, internal policies, and statutory requirements while maintaining complete documentation
- Collaborate with global finance teams and stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and support reviews
- Use Oracle and Oracle Fusion ERP systems for transaction processing, accounting, and reporting
