Description
- Create and manage enterprise architecture development processes
- Build and maintain the architecture repository
- Develop transition roadmaps
- Convert business, user, and technical needs into architectural solutions
- Align goals, priorities, and system components
- Define system interoperability and interfaces
- Evaluate enterprise architecture maturity
- Review information-system portfolios, business processes, and organisational structures
- Perform information-system cost-benefit analyses
- Advise projects on planning, risk, and change management
- Monitor architectural compliance
- Produce stakeholder documentation, business cases, and presentations
- Establish and lead architecture practices for a major EU agency headquartered in Warsaw
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant IT experience, including 5 or more years in a comparable role
- Demonstrated Enterprise Architect experience, including establishing EA culture and practices across an organisation
- Background in governing an architecture function
- Advanced capability in enterprise and business architecture design
- Understanding of business processes, value streams, and capability maps
- Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or the Azure Well-Architected Framework
- Knowledge of architecture maturity models
- Proficiency with Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS
- Strong leadership, written communication, and presentation abilities
- Capacity to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Master's degree at EQF level 7 or an equivalent qualification
- C1-level English or higher, supported by an official certificate or language-centre assessment
- At least one required certification: The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA), Zachman Certified – Enterprise Architect, CISSP-ISSAP, ITIL v3 Master, or CCBA
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland
