Senior Designer - London Hybrid

Lead Spektrix’s visual identity and design system while creating integrated campaign, digital, event, social, and sales materials. Apply your design expertise to technology serving the arts and culture sector.

Description

  • Lead Spektrix’s visual creative direction as its primary design specialist
  • Extend the Spektrix brand across campaigns, digital experiences, events, social media, sales materials, product communications, and client- and market-facing projects
  • Manage and develop Spektrix’s visual identity and design system
  • Build reusable templates and components that strengthen brand consistency, accessibility, and visual quality across channels and regions
  • Turn marketing briefs, narratives, and business objectives into cohesive visual systems for integrated campaigns, websites, and social media
  • Create digital and physical materials, including landing pages, digital advertising, social content, event branding and signage, product communications, and sales enablement presentations
  • Collaborate with the Website Manager, Content & Campaigns team, Multimedia leads, and other stakeholders
  • Question briefs constructively and propose creative solutions with meaningful impact
  • Assess incoming creative work and coordinate timelines and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects
  • Prepare final assets in the formats required for production
  • Assess creative output for hierarchy, clarity, and usability
  • Keep asset libraries, templates, and source files structured and up to date
  • Provide practical design expertise and strategic creative direction from concept through delivery

Requirements

  • Professional experience in graphic, visual, brand, or related creative design
  • A strong portfolio showing high-quality work across formats such as branding, campaigns, digital, social, presentations, and other marketing materials
  • A strong grasp of visual identity systems, with the ability to apply and expand an established brand consistently
  • Advanced understanding of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
  • Experience developing creative concepts
  • Experience designing for digital channels including websites, email, social media, advertising, and presentations
  • Ability to turn brief objectives and audience needs into effective creative outcomes
  • Sound creative judgment, with the ability to explain decisions, interpret feedback, challenge assumptions, and suggest alternatives
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to polished, accurate work
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Capacity to handle several creative projects and deadlines at once
  • Ability to work effectively with writers, marketers, web specialists, video and multimedia creators, product marketers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to take ownership from the initial brief through final delivery
  • Curiosity about design, culture, technology, and creative work beyond Spektrix
