Requirements
- Senior- or staff-level experience as a content writer
- A portfolio featuring substantial published long-form work
- Outstanding writing skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and engaging
- Proven ability to conduct in-depth customer interviews and uncover persuasive case-study material
- Ability to independently create original research questions and story concepts
- Strong analytical skills for identifying patterns, validating data, questioning assumptions, and explaining results through charts
- Business and software fluency, including how software influences revenue, costs, and daily operations
- Extensive experience using AI to multiply content output and improve quality
- Working knowledge of search intent, internal linking, and broader SEO practices
- Availability to work in US time zones when remote
- Willingness to travel regularly to the office when remote
- Familiarity with TypeScript and React is a meaningful advantage
