Remote Call Center Sales Representative

Description

  • Call Entel customers and prospective customers to offer new lines, number transfers, and additional lines.
  • Explain plans, promotions, and benefits clearly.
  • Meet established sales targets.
  • Accurately record sales information in the system.
  • Provide every customer with friendly, courteous service.
  • Work Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 45-minute break; Sundays and public holidays are fixed days off.

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education; applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • No prior work experience is required.
  • Keep your camera on during training.
  • Have a laptop or desktop computer.
  • Use an Intel i3, i5, or i7 processor (6th generation or later) or Ryzen 3 or later.
  • Have an internet connection of at least 50 Mbps; a wired connection is preferred.
  • Use Windows 10 or later.
  • A computer or laptop is required for the training period.
  • Desired skills: assertiveness, achievement orientation, communication, persuasion, and energy.
