Description
- Protect, harden, and scale core platform infrastructure
- Resolve critical vulnerabilities across platform systems
- Develop hardened, near-zero-CVE container base images for build and distribution pipelines
- Operate and expand Kubernetes platforms
- Apply Kyverno policies for admission control, security enforcement, and cluster governance
- Design and operate highly available authentication platforms using Keycloak and IdentityServer expertise
- Use AI to automate recurring business-as-usual operations
- Develop platform tooling with Python, Go, Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Lead AWS infrastructure operations, with GCP serving as the secondary cloud
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams
- Join the on-call rotation to support incident response
Requirements
- Professional production experience with Docker
- Professional experience operating Kubernetes platforms
- Practical experience hardening containers
- Experience with policy-as-code tools such as Kyverno
- Ability to develop tooling in Python and Go
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible
- Experience building CI/CD workflows with GitHub Workflows and ArgoCD
- Strong foundational knowledge of AWS
- Production experience with ECS, EKS, IAM, and Security Hub
- Practical experience deploying and maintaining authentication services such as Keycloak or IdentityServer
- Strong Linux troubleshooting capabilities
- Hands-on experience managing vulnerability remediation and low-CVE image pipelines
- Proactive approach to solving technical problems
- Interest in using AI to improve operational workflows
- Effective communication with cross-functional partners
