Senior Clinical Research Associate II
Monitor Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials for Ergomed, a specialist contract research organization focused on rare disease and oncology. Conduct site visits, verify investigators, and train clinical research staff.
Description
- Conduct national travel and on-site or remote Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out monitoring visits
- Maintain adequate investigational-site facilities and staffing for study conduct
- Identify investigators and assess their qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment, and staff throughout the study
- Provide training to investigational-site staff as needed
- Assist with regulatory and ethics committee submissions when applicable
Requirements
- University or college degree in Life Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Extensive on-site monitoring experience in Phase 2 or 3 clinical trials
- Experience with complex studies such as oncology or rare disease trials is preferred
- Professional fluency in English
- Strong planning, multitasking, and teamwork abilities in a dynamic environment
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel
