Senior Business Analytics Specialist – Zagreb Hybrid
Senior Business Analytics Specialist supporting pricing, routing, margin optimization, and commercial strategy for Infobip’s global cloud communications platform. Partner with cross-functional teams to use analytics to improve messaging growth and business decisions.
Description
- Lead global messaging analytics and pricing programs
- Manage high-impact business and operational initiatives
- Evaluate pricing, routing, margins, and gross profit performance
- Find optimization opportunities and inform commercial decisions
- Maintain and enhance messaging connectivity terms, pricing, and coverage data across global and regional markets
- Deliver analytics, pricing guidance, anomaly detection, and customer insights to Sales, Product Success, and go-to-market teams
- Support the design and implementation of pricing models, billing logic, differentiated pricing, and commercial frameworks
- Coordinate projects across Billing, Product, Development, Connectivity, Legal, and Data Intelligence teams
- Track industry trends, operator strategies, and market developments
- Assess business risks and identify growth opportunities
- Work with the revenue organization and join customer discovery meetings
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy development
- Identify new business opportunities independently
- Improve workflows, procedures, data access, and information visibility proactively
- Work across analytics, pricing, connectivity, product, and go-to-market teams to enable scalable messaging growth
Requirements
- Background in business analytics, pricing, commercial operations, telecommunications, CPaaS, or a related field
- Preferably 5 or more years of experience in comparable roles
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience handling complex datasets, pricing models, and operational reporting
- Experience with Power BI or comparable data visualization and reporting tools
- Experience using AI tools to increase productivity, automate workflows, support analytics, or generate business insights
- Proactive approach and readiness to take initiative
- Ability to work with large datasets, analyze margins, and produce business reports
- Experience working across functions and coordinating complex projects with varied stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot business risks, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-changing environments with competing initiatives and changing priorities
- Strong communication skills for presenting analytical findings and commercial recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Preferred experience with messaging products, mobile operators, or carrier partnerships
- Preferred exposure to pricing strategy, billing systems, or commercial framework development
- Preferred understanding of telecommunications concepts such as routing, delivery rates, network identifiers, or capability checks
