Description

Create and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Go and Python
Use microservices and event-driven design for high-performance distributed applications
Embed large language model capabilities into backend services
Develop RAG pipelines, tool-calling workflows, and AI orchestration patterns
Deliver and connect cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure
Apply Redis-based strategies for distributed caching
Improve service performance, scalability, and resource efficiency
Build resilient backend architectures with fault tolerance, retries, timeouts, and robust error handling
Maintain dependable communication and execution across distributed services and AI-enabled workflows

Requirements

Demonstrated senior-level backend engineering experience
Professional proficiency in Go (Golang) and Python
Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems through OData, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, and middleware
Knowledge of Azure integration services and infrastructure, including APIM, Service Bus, Event Hubs, PostgreSQL, SQL, Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Key Vault, networking, and infrastructure as code
Experience with Redis, distributed caching, cache-aside patterns, and cache invalidation
Experience with LLM integration, tool calling, RAG, and AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and Copilot
Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures
Knowledge of resiliency engineering, fault tolerance, retries, timeouts, and error handling
BTP, CPI, MDG, or Variant Configuration experience is preferred
