- Use microservices and event-driven design for high-performance distributed applications
- Embed large language model capabilities into backend services
- Develop RAG pipelines, tool-calling workflows, and AI orchestration patterns
- Deliver and connect cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure
- Apply Redis-based strategies for distributed caching
- Improve service performance, scalability, and resource efficiency
- Build resilient backend architectures with fault tolerance, retries, timeouts, and robust error handling
- Maintain dependable communication and execution across distributed services and AI-enabled workflows

- Demonstrated senior-level backend engineering experience
- Professional proficiency in Go (Golang) and Python
- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems through OData, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, and middleware
- Knowledge of Azure integration services and infrastructure, including APIM, Service Bus, Event Hubs, PostgreSQL, SQL, Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Key Vault, networking, and infrastructure as code
- Experience with Redis, distributed caching, cache-aside patterns, and cache invalidation
- Experience with LLM integration, tool calling, RAG, and AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and Copilot
- Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of resiliency engineering, fault tolerance, retries, timeouts, and error handling
- BTP, CPI, MDG, or Variant Configuration experience is preferred
