Senior AutoSys Administrator - Onsite

Manage AutoSys, EEM, and WCC scheduling infrastructure supporting Bank of America’s financial services operations. Build automation, deployment playbooks, integrations, and technical solutions for enterprise technology environments.

Description

  • Design governed tools and services that support business strategies within the assigned technical domain
  • Build infrastructure tools and integrate them into service-based solutions
  • Create deployment templates, playbooks, and automation for technical implementations
  • Find ways to improve the efficiency of implementing and maintaining tools and services
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and technology consultant
  • Help Technical Analysts and Infrastructure Engineers align solutions with enterprise architecture and engineering standards
  • Convert business needs into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and deployment playbooks
  • Assess reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for practical suitability
  • Develop software to automate manual, repetitive, and inefficient processes
  • Perform on-site assessments of third-party products under consideration for enterprise adoption
  • Support functional and non-functional product evaluation requirements across technical domains
  • Provide on-call support, including occasional weekends and holidays during cutovers
  • Foster an inclusive, healthy workplace and help remove organizational obstacles

Requirements

  • Participate in on-call support, including some weekends and holidays during cutovers
  • Bring at least seven years of experience and deep knowledge of AutoSys, EEM, and WCC
  • Demonstrate strong experience administering AutoSys
  • Define EEM security policies that provide granular access to scheduling components
  • Use WCC to create custom views based on client requirements
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with system programmers, application developers, support teams, software vendors, and management
  • Read and write Perl or Python for integration initiatives
  • Experience with iXP user and group policies is preferred
  • Experience with AAI or JAWS is preferred
  • Experience with AutoSys REST API web services is preferred
  • Experience with iDash reporting and SLA management is preferred
