Description

  • Design and maintain architectures for AI solutions and integrations.
  • Connect AI platforms with enterprise systems, data sources, APIs, and identity and security services.
  • Set the AI platform roadmap and turn business needs into target architectures, solution designs, and phased delivery plans.
  • Own the Langdock AI platform across architecture, administration, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Establish and maintain platform standards, policies, security controls, and operating models.
  • Advise Business Groups on identifying, planning, architecting, and integrating AI use cases.
  • Lead and deliver AI initiatives across the group.
  • Assess emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic options for enterprise adoption.
  • Support user adoption through enablement, best practices, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee platform vendors and external partners.
  • Maintain compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of experience in IT architecture, platform ownership, or enterprise technology services.
  • Practical experience governing and operating enterprise AI platforms in a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects across countries.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to turn business needs into scalable AI solutions.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for Business Group support, workshops, and project work.
  • Fluent English.
  • German is an advantage.
