Senior Accountant - Uline, Milton, Ontario

Uline is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage close activities, reconciliations, tax support, and payroll for its Canadian operations. This full-time position is on-site at the company’s Milton facility.

Description

  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, variance reviews, and reliable financial reporting
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls, resolve discrepancies, and support reporting integrity
  • Compile schedules and documentation required for annual corporate tax filings
  • Manage payroll for Uline’s Canadian operations, with responsibility for accurate processing, audits, and compliance
  • Improve accounting procedures and reinforce internal controls across financial workflows
  • Work with Uline teams on financial analysis, reporting, and business insights for decision-making
  • Coordinate with accounting colleagues while working directly from the Milton facility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA designation
  • At least seven years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday is an asset
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
  • Availability to work on-site
