Description

  • Own Salesforce administration, including the object model, data architecture, user setup, and platform health.
  • Create and maintain end-to-end go-to-market automations with Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services.
  • Build and support Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling for intelligent CRM workflows.
  • Develop and manage SQL data pipelines that power dashboards and revenue reporting.
  • Convert loosely defined business challenges into clear technical scope and delivered solutions.
  • Partner with engineering teams to scope and deliver broader technical initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience administering Salesforce, with strong knowledge of its object model, Flows, data-loading tools, and platform configuration.
  • Advanced Apex development skills, including creating, troubleshooting, and maintaining custom logic, triggers, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, and data pipeline logic.
  • Ability to understand complete systems and trace fields across downstream dependencies.
  • Interest in AI-native systems and the relationship between Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents.
  • Familiarity with dbt or contemporary data-transformation tools is a plus.
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Sigma or Looker is a plus.
