Revenue Integrity Liaison, Auditor and Educator

Audit professional billing workflows and help OU Health providers improve revenue cycle performance. Use analytics, education, and issue resolution to support enterprise-wide revenue integrity initiatives.

Description

  • Lead complex revenue integrity projects
  • Act as an internal consultant on revenue cycle matters
  • Advance performance improvement initiatives across the enterprise
  • Review professional billing workflows for opportunities and issues
  • Track and evaluate performance measures
  • Help departments and providers resolve revenue cycle issues through education and guidance
  • Educate departments, clinics, and providers on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization processes
  • Analyze charging, coding, documentation, and billing patterns that affect professional revenue
  • Deliver focused education and practical recommendations to providers and departments
  • Prepare and present performance metrics and trend findings to operational leaders
  • Use standard reports and dashboards to uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Help create and deliver revenue cycle training and education programs
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must live and work full-time in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Texas before employment begins
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • At least five years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience
  • Obtain CHC, CPB, CPMA, or CPC certification within one year of hire
  • Advanced knowledge of professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity processes
  • Demonstrated consulting, presentation, and stakeholder-influence abilities
  • Capacity to turn data findings into actionable operational strategies
  • Ability to educate stakeholders on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization processes
  • Ability to evaluate charging, coding, documentation, and billing trends
  • Ability to create and present performance metrics and trend analyses
