Resident Marketing Executive, Reports and Mailings

Create accessible reports, publications and required mailings for Clarion Housing Group residents. Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers and print and digital communications from Camden.

Description

  • Produce clear, accurate and accessible publications, reports and required mailings for residents.
  • Make sure resident information meets regulatory standards and is accurate, consistent and customer-focused.
  • Help the wider communications team and maintain smooth day-to-day processes.
  • Gather and coordinate content from stakeholders.
  • Oversee external suppliers.
  • Deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR.
  • Use feedback and performance data to improve communications.
  • Oversee print and digital communication channels.
  • Manage publication schedules and competing deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience creating publications for residents or customers that improve understanding and engagement
  • Strong writing and copywriting ability
  • Ability to make complex information easy to understand
  • Good understanding of accessibility and inclusion standards
  • Experience coordinating content across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience overseeing external suppliers
  • Experience delivering high-quality work on schedule and within budget
  • Knowledge of GDPR compliance
  • Experience managing print and digital channels
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage competing deadlines and publication schedules
  • Able to travel as required
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available
  • Must reside in England or Wales throughout employment
