Reporting Analyst - Hybrid Philippines
Maintain reporting data, build Power BI dashboards, and deliver operational insights for Datacom, an Australasia-focused technology services provider. Support reporting governance, analysis, and business communications.
Description
- Maintain and update reporting databases.
- Investigate data to identify and resolve anomalies.
- Gather and analyse data for reporting.
- Produce business reports that deliver actionable insight.
- Support business teams with relevant analysis and reporting.
- Develop practical solutions to complex analytical challenges.
- Set and uphold Power BI development and governance standards.
- Review dashboards and recommend redesigns where appropriate.
- Write clear communications, briefs, and technical documentation.
- Integrate data and improve operational reports, forms, dashboards, data generators, and standardised reporting outputs.
- Provide analysis as requested.
Requirements
- Demonstrated Power BI expertise, including report and dashboard development and administration.
- Strong command of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).
- Proficiency with Power Apps.
- Experience working with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, or comparable modern data architectures.
- Microsoft Fabric experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical capability.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
