Description

  • Call Entel customers and prospective customers to promote new lines, number porting, and additional lines
  • Explain plans, promotions, and benefits clearly
  • Meet established sales targets
  • Record sales information accurately in the system
  • Provide every customer with friendly, courteous service
  • Complete a nine-day training program consisting of four theoretical days and five days of on-the-job training

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education
  • At least 18 years old
  • No previous work experience required
  • Keep the camera on during training
  • Laptop or desktop computer
  • Sixth-generation Intel i3, i5, or i7 processor or newer, or Ryzen 3 or newer
  • Internet connection of at least 50 Mbps, preferably wired
  • Windows 10 or newer
  • Have a computer or laptop available for the training stage
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
