Remote Teleoperator for Entel Sales in Peru
Work remotely for Netcall Perú, calling Entel customers and prospects to sell new lines, ported numbers, and additional lines. Meet sales targets and record each sale in the system.
Description
- Call Entel customers and prospects to offer new lines, number porting, and additional lines.
- Explain plans, promotions, and benefits clearly.
- Meet assigned sales targets.
- Enter sales information accurately in the system.
- Provide every customer with courteous, friendly service.
- Work Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 45-minute break.
- Take Sundays and public holidays off.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education; at least 18 years old.
- No previous work experience required.
- Keep your camera on during training.
- Laptop or desktop computer.
- Sixth-generation Intel i3/i5/i7 processor or newer, or Ryzen 3 or above.
- Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps, preferably via wired connection.
- Windows 10 or later.
- A computer or laptop is required for the training period.
- Skills: assertiveness, goal orientation, communication, persuasion, and energy.
