- Create reports using SQL and SAS
- Review MCO and client requests with internal and external partners, translating them into clear business requirements
- Build effective relationships with Account Teams, Legal, Compliance, Client Audit, Finance Operations, and other stakeholders
- Represent reporting leadership in relevant discussions and initiatives
- Continuously assess and improve processes, best practices, and tools for data, reporting, and automation
- Maintain the accuracy and quality of deliverables
- Apply rigorous quality-control standards to reporting and analytical work
- Document production-ready reporting solutions clearly and consistently
- Manage, communicate, and escalate issues promptly
- Promote continuous improvement, curiosity, collaboration, and innovation
Requirements
- At least 0–2 years of experience writing SQL and/or SAS scripts
- At least 0–2 years of experience supporting reporting, analytics, or automation initiatives
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience is required
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
