Description
- Guide clients from loan application through closing and address their concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial professionals, personal contacts, and former clients.
- Assess clients’ finances and recommend suitable loan products.
- Review clients’ financial status and documentation, including credit, employment, income, assets, and property.
- Develop mortgage referral relationships and promote the value of working with Rocket Mortgage.
- Explain the home-buying and refinancing process, along with mortgage management.
- Build and manage a client portfolio to increase referrals and revenue.
- Deliver high-quality service to clients and referral partners.
- Keep current on loan products, qualification criteria, and process updates.
- Represent Rocket Mortgage in civic and community activities to support business development and generate leads.
Requirements
- Experience in mortgage loan origination.
- State and federal licenses.
- A record of securing referrals and generating leads.
- Professional communication, time management, results orientation, teamwork, and critical and strategic thinking skills.
- Three years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
- Interest in working and growing in an entrepreneurial environment.
