Description
- Guide clients from loan application through closing and resolve concerns along the way.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial and other professionals, personal contacts, and past clients.
- Review clients’ financial circumstances and recommend suitable loan products.
- Assess clients’ credit, employment, income, assets, property, and supporting documents.
- Build mortgage referral partnerships and promote the value of working with Rocket Mortgage.
- Help clients understand home purchases, refinancing, and mortgage management.
- Grow and manage a book of business to increase referrals and revenue.
- Deliver high-quality service to clients and referral partners.
- Keep up with Rocket Mortgage products, eligibility criteria, and process updates.
- Represent Rocket Mortgage at civic and community events to support business development and lead generation.
Requirements
- Experience originating mortgage loans.
- Current state and federal licenses.
- A record of securing referrals and generating leads.
- Strong communication, time management, teamwork, results orientation, and critical and strategic thinking.
- Three years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
- Interest in working and growing in an entrepreneurial environment preferred.
