Remote EUC Engineer (AWS, Citrix & Omnissa) at Presidio
Presidio is seeking an Engineer for its National EUC Team to design and deliver AWS, Citrix, and Omnissa workspace solutions. The role focuses on remote enterprise workspaces, VDI, security, and cloud infrastructure for customers.
Description
- Join Presidio’s National EUC Team as an Engineer
- Lead delivery for customer environments built on AWS, VMware, and Citrix
- Serve as a customer advocate and post-sales technical specialist
- Prepare project and operational documentation as required
- Design and deploy AWS AppStream and WorkSpaces Core integrated with Citrix
- Design and deploy Omnissa Horizon VDI environments using Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager, TrueSSO, Workspace ONE Access, and ThinApp
- Support Horizon Cloud Services and compatible hyperscalers, including Horizon on Azure and AWS Core solutions
- Configure and improve Workspace ONE UEM for device administration, application distribution, and compliance enforcement
- Connect Omnissa platforms with identity, access management, and zero-trust security frameworks
- Plan capacity and tune performance across Horizon and Workspace ONE environments
- Deploy monitoring and alerting to identify and resolve issues proactively
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise with Citrix, AWS WorkSpaces Core, and AppStream
- Hands-on expertise with Omnissa Horizon, including VDI, App Volumes, and Dynamic Environment Manager
- Proficiency with Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access
- Familiarity with Omnissa identity and access management tools
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Experience managing SSL certificates, load balancing, and firewall rules
- Knowledge of zero-trust principles, multifactor authentication, and conditional access
- Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, and/or military experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- U.S. citizenship
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
