Description

  • Lead end-to-end Meta and TikTok strategy, budgeting, and daily execution for legal lead-generation brands
  • Define audience, practice-area, market, and language strategies across multiple brands
  • Manage budget allocation, pacing, defense, and reallocation according to geographic performance and market conditions
  • Build and operate campaigns directly, covering account structure, audiences, bidding, placements, exclusions, pacing, and daily optimization
  • Develop creative briefs, analyze performance data, identify creative fatigue, and guide testing strategies
  • Work with the CRO team to improve landing pages and conversion rates
  • Coordinate page and creative testing schedules to prevent confounding variables
  • Maintain reliable downstream measurement through Conversions API, offline conversion imports, and value-based signals when applicable
  • Create reporting that ties advertising spend to retained cases instead of form submissions
  • Conduct quality assurance on campaign setup, tracking, and landing pages, and resolve identified issues
  • Provide recurring performance reports with results and recommended next steps
  • Track competitor activity across owned channels
  • Assess and test channels such as Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest, connected TV, creator partnerships, and affiliate programs
  • Work closely each day with creative, analytics, and paid search teams
  • Keep campaigns compliant with attorney advertising requirements and platform policies

Requirements

  • At least four years of hands-on experience buying paid social campaigns
  • Substantial experience using both Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Background acquiring consumer leads for sales or intake teams, rather than running ecommerce acquisition
  • Experience optimizing for downstream metrics such as cost per qualified lead, cost per sale, or cost per retained case
  • Direct responsibility for a meaningful advertising budget, including authority to reallocate spend
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and CRO teams
  • Ability to create practical concept briefs and give specific feedback to designers and editors
  • Ability to support testing programs that generate reliable conclusions
  • Proficiency with DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related discipline
  • Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, which is strongly preferred
  • Experience with multicultural direct response marketing and Hispanic audiences, which is strongly preferred
  • Experience in legal lead generation or another high-intent regulated industry, which is strongly preferred
  • Experience with offline conversion pipelines, Conversions API implementations, or tracking infrastructure, which is strongly preferred
  • Experience using additional channels such as Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest, connected TV, YouTube, or creator partnerships, which is strongly preferred
