Remote Dental Sales Representative — Switzerland

Grow Nobel Biocare’s dental implant and digital dentistry business across assigned Swiss territories. Manage dental accounts, develop new business, execute territory plans, and strengthen customer relationships.

Description

  • Expand existing dental accounts and secure new business opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with dental professionals as their primary business contact
  • Plan and manage the territory to meet and surpass sales goals
  • Present Nobel Biocare products, solutions, educational offerings, and events
  • Assess customer needs and recommend solutions that help practices grow
  • Track territory market trends, customer activity, and competitor developments
  • Partner with internal teams to provide a consistently strong customer experience
  • Keep CRM data, forecasts, and account plans accurate and current
  • Follow company policies, operating procedures, and applicable industry regulations
  • Spend approximately 80% of working time traveling within the territory, including occasional international travel and weekends at industry events, congresses, and training programs

Requirements

  • At least three years of successful sales experience in healthcare, dental, medical devices, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and developing customer accounts
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentations
  • Highly capable of planning and managing a sales territory
  • Practical experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
  • Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is advantageous
  • Current driver's license
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
  • A bachelor's degree in business, health sciences, or a related discipline is preferred
