Description

Determine which business data should be tracked to improve performance
Create clear, accessible reports from collected data
Partner with management to prioritize recommended changes across business segments
Apply statistical methods to identify operational improvements and streamline processes
Develop updated procedural manuals for affected departments
Collaborate with department managers to establish internal data-collection guidelines
Gather, monitor, and analyze business data to produce custom reports for cost control, process improvement, and industry compliance
Assess current business processes and recommend data-tracking practices that can strengthen operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, or a comparable combination of education and experience
At least four years of data-mining experience
At least five years of experience in an analyst position
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with management and teams to achieve targets
Exceptional attention to detail
Advanced mathematical ability
Ability to convert mathematical analysis into concise, understandable reports
Successful completion of a background screening, which may include employment, education, criminal history, and other job-related checks
