Remote Business Intelligence Analyst - United States

Analyze healthcare data for Pinnacle Treatment Centers and turn findings into actionable business insights. Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic decisions across addiction treatment services.

Description

  • Convert raw data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to extract, analyze, and visualize information
  • Work with stakeholders to define business needs and convert them into analytical tasks
  • Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to maintain accuracy and reliability
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate findings
  • Apply analytical methods to uncover data trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Help improve data quality and streamline reporting processes
  • Present new dashboards to field executives and support effective report adoption

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, finance, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with careful attention to detail
  • Ability to explain complex findings clearly and concisely
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and analytical methods
  • Preferred: 1–3 years of experience analyzing healthcare data sets
  • Preferred: experience with behavioral health clinical data, including BAM-R, PHQ-9, and GAD-7
  • Preferred: experience supporting healthcare providers across multiple states and sites
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau Desktop or Cloud, and Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of data warehouse functions
  • Experience working with an electronic health record or electronic medical record system
  • Required experience includes one year with BAM-R, PHQ-9, and GAD-7; one year analyzing healthcare data sets; and one year using SQL and data visualization tools
