Remote Business Analyst Intern (Student Position)

Support revenue tracking, month-end reporting, process documentation, and analytics data preparation as a Business Analyst intern. Contribute to PrimeVigilance’s global pharmacovigilance work and its focus on patient safety.

Description

  • Maintain and update internal revenue and invoicing trackers, including PM Reports and CMTs.
  • Handle month-end activities and other recurring reporting tasks as needed.
  • Investigate solutions and techniques that can improve business processes.
  • Create process flows, design documentation, and training materials.
  • Collect system requirements and data from cross-functional teams.
  • Develop an understanding of data design and structural integrity.
  • Collect and prepare analytics data from internal systems, databases, Excel workbooks, flat files, and external sources when required.

Requirements

  • This is a student position.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Some prior administrative experience.
  • Use sound discretion when handling confidential documents.
  • Manage varied responsibilities, prioritize work, and maintain close attention to detail.
  • Work accurately under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with others.
