Reconciliation Analyst – Amsterdam (Hybrid)
Vio.com is hiring a Reconciliation Analyst to manage payment-provider and hotel-booking transactions for its accommodation platform. Based in Amsterdam, the role focuses on exception resolution, anomaly detection, and stronger finance controls.
Description
- Manage daily reconciliation of MoR transactions across payment providers and hotel bookings
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and exceptions with accuracy and speed
- Track reconciliation metrics and identify anomalies before they escalate
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Engineering to address recurring issues
- Strengthen reconciliation processes and controls as transaction volumes increase
- Report directly to the Head of Finance (MoR)
- Contribute as a hands-on individual contributor with scope to advance into senior finance operations responsibilities
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience in finance or administrative operations involving reconciliation, bookkeeping, or transaction processing
- A hands-on approach supported by practical analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with high transaction volumes
- A proactive, organized working style
- Willingness to take ownership of issues through resolution
- A commitment to continuous development
- Proactive use of AI tools
- Fluency in English
