Description

  • Manage financial planning activities, including budgets, forecasts, estimates at completion, and revenue projections.
  • Track costs, analyze variances, and report performance across cost-plus programs.
  • Produce monthly financial reports, dashboards, and program review materials for leadership.
  • Work with Program Managers to interpret financial results, assess risks and opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with FAR/DFARS, CAS, internal policies, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with accounting, contracts, and procurement teams to validate financial data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, financial reviews, and data integrity checks.
  • Create and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors and materials.
  • Monitor subcontractor spending and review or approve timesheets and non-labor invoices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline, plus at least three years of program control or financial analysis experience in government contracting.
  • United States citizenship is required.
  • Experience supporting government customers through Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis, or Accounting functions.
  • Ability to establish program baseline data, develop estimates at completion, perform cost estimating and pricing, and conduct complex variance analysis.
  • Ability to combine long-range planning with effective near-term execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and financial modeling.
  • Experience using enterprise resource planning systems such as Costpoint.
