Part-Time Store Sales Associate – Kuala Lumpur
Provide Crocs customers with knowledgeable service while supporting point-of-sale transactions, inventory, merchandising, promotions, and day-to-day store operations.
Description
- Deliver attentive customer service in line with the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Help foster a positive team environment by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
- Support customer assistance, product knowledge and placement, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization
- Handle core store activities such as POS operations, replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty-program promotion, cleaning, and recovery
- Work with Store Management to strengthen individual KPIs through effective sales techniques
- Apply Asset Protection procedures covering shortage prevention, inventory accuracy, and compliance
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- SPM, O Level, or a higher qualification is required
- One to two years of experience is required, preferably in retail
- Fluent English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
- Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to use a retail point-of-sale system
- Motivation to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth retail setting
