- Structure courses into a professional, intuitive student experience
- Configure quizzes, assessments, certificates, and completion workflows
- Develop and maintain student resources and digital learning materials
- Assist with course enrolment, payments, and automated student communications
- Resolve basic issues across websites and learning platforms
- Create landing pages for new courses and services
- Support connections among the website, booking and payment tools, email marketing, and learning platform
- Keep digital assets polished, premium-looking, and aligned with brand standards
- Provide continuing technical support as the academy and businesses expand
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with website builders and content management systems
- Practical experience managing online course or LMS platforms
- Strong technical confidence with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Comfort using Canva and creating digital content
- Excellent organisation and close attention to detail
- Self-directed approach with the initiative to identify tasks independently
- Reliable delivery of recurring website updates
- Ability to create polished, user-friendly online experiences
- Comfort working with a growing healthcare and aesthetics education business
- Experience with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, or LearnDash is beneficial
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during UK time
