Description

  • Analyze the Memory Management unit’s design and implementation
  • Establish the verification scope
  • Build verification infrastructure, including testbenches, BFMs, checkers, and monitors
  • Execute test and coverage plans
  • Validate design correctness
  • Work with architects, designers, and software engineers across multiple sites
  • Help shape the long-term direction of testbench methodology using advanced verification practices

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with computer architecture and ASIC design and verification methodologies
  • Strong command of SystemVerilog, C and/or C++, test planning, coverage closure, and reusable verification components
  • Working knowledge of constrained-random testing, functional coverage, and assertion-based verification
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Experience with simulation tools such as VCS and IES, plus debugging tools such as Debussy and GDB
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of memory subsystem microarchitecture, cache topologies and policies, memory management, interconnects, and/or arbiter designs
  • Experience with UVM, SystemVerilog checkers and scoreboards, assertion-based verification, and Semiformal Verification (SFV)
  • Knowledge of Perl or Python
