Description

  • Build customer relationships and address merchandising needs through clear communication
  • Stock shelves and maintain, replace, or update in-store displays
  • Represent Mondelēz professionally when interacting with store employees
  • Partner with sales representatives to improve product visibility and build promotional displays
  • Complete store visits in line with Mondelēz DSD merchandising procedures
  • Photograph displays at assigned locations
  • Keep Nabisco products stocked, maintained, and presented according to company standards
  • Confirm store-manager agreements are implemented and report issues to management
  • Follow the daily schedule provided by the merchandising manager
  • Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
  • Maintain a positive, energetic presence while representing Mondelēz in stores

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
  • Professional, positive attitude with the ability to self-manage and work independently
  • Personal vehicle with valid insurance for travel among multiple store locations
  • Ability to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds, with occasional pushing and pulling of more than 50 pounds
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is preferred but not required
  • Residence within 25 miles of the primary location in New Hope, Pennsylvania
  • Availability to work Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
