Part-time onsite merchandising role supporting Nabisco and other Mondelēz snack brands in stores across New Hope and Doylestown, Pennsylvania. The position focuses on stocking products, maintaining displays, supporting sales representatives, and executing in-store merchandising plans.
Tavsif
- Build customer relationships and address merchandising needs through clear communication
- Stock shelves and maintain, replace, or update in-store displays
- Represent Mondelēz professionally when interacting with store employees
- Partner with sales representatives to improve product visibility and build promotional displays
- Complete store visits in line with Mondelēz DSD merchandising procedures
- Photograph displays at assigned locations
- Keep Nabisco products stocked, maintained, and presented according to company standards
- Confirm store-manager agreements are implemented and report issues to management
- Follow the daily schedule provided by the merchandising manager
- Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Maintain a positive, energetic presence while representing Mondelēz in stores
Talablar
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
- Professional, positive attitude with the ability to self-manage and work independently
- Personal vehicle with valid insurance for travel among multiple store locations
- Ability to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds, with occasional pushing and pulling of more than 50 pounds
- Previous retail or grocery experience is preferred but not required
- Residence within 25 miles of the primary location in New Hope, Pennsylvania
- Availability to work Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
