Description

  • Coordinate cross-functional product marketing activities and initiatives with stakeholders at every level
  • Define business priorities while identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks
  • Set, track, and maintain project goals, milestones, and deadlines
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and coordinate escalation management
  • Make informed trade-offs that balance business needs with project constraints
  • Create and manage project plans, success criteria, and milestone schedules
  • Provide stakeholders and field teams with leadership, expertise, and operational direction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging, positioning, and content

Requirements

  • At least four years of professional digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, engage, support, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A methodical and rigorous approach to problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability across responsibilities ranging from hands-on project delivery to project management
  • A strong sense of ownership, commitment, and accountability
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technical concepts
  • Based in Vilnius or Kaunas and able to work from that location
  • Available to work from the office three days per week
