- Coordinate cross-functional product marketing activities and initiatives with stakeholders at every level
- Define business priorities while identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks
- Set, track, and maintain project goals, milestones, and deadlines
- Identify potential bottlenecks and coordinate escalation management
- Make informed trade-offs that balance business needs with project constraints
- Create and manage project plans, success criteria, and milestone schedules
- Provide stakeholders and field teams with leadership, expertise, and operational direction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging, positioning, and content
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least four years of professional digital marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage, engage, support, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A methodical and rigorous approach to problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability across responsibilities ranging from hands-on project delivery to project management
- A strong sense of ownership, commitment, and accountability
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technical concepts
- Based in Vilnius or Kaunas and able to work from that location
- Available to work from the office three days per week
