Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of business needs
  • Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in data
  • Turn complex information into clear insights and recommendations
  • Create reports, dashboards, and decision-making materials
  • Ensure analyses are based on reliable, high-quality data
  • Work closely with business teams, product teams, and technical specialists
  • Perform exploratory analysis and solve problems with data
  • Define KPIs, key metrics, and decision-making materials
  • Work with data visualization and reporting
  • Analyze customer behavior, business processes, and digital services
  • Model data and verify its quality
  • Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis and experimentation
  • Work with analytics solutions on modern data and cloud platforms

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a comparable analytical role
  • Experience turning data into business insights and recommendations
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Experience creating visualizations and reports with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Experience with modern data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Airflow, Jupyter Notebooks, Azure ML, or SageMaker
  • Understanding of data modeling, data quality, and data-driven ways of working
  • Understanding of AI and modern analytics tools
  • Ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly
  • Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is advantageous
  • Experience with AI/ML tools, experiment-driven analysis, or product and customer analytics is advantageous
