- Build product features with React Native and React Web
- Create interfaces that follow the design system and team conventions
- Connect frontend applications to APIs and backend services
- Apply AI tools to speed up repetitive work and code generation
- Maintain, improve, and extend existing code
- Write unit and integration tests for your work
- Validate features on devices before considering them ready
- Review teammates’ code with constructive technical judgment
- Find and resolve defects before they affect users
- Contribute to discovery sessions and product conversations
- Consider the needs of clients and end users
- Suggest technical and user experience enhancements
- Help drive the product’s ongoing improvement
- Collaborate in squads focused on products and clients
- Deploy frequently in a team without a dedicated QA function
Requirements
- Strong professional experience with React or React Native
- Working knowledge of TypeScript
- Comfort using Git and pull request workflows
- Practical experience with automated testing
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools
- Readiness to learn and work across React and React Native
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Fintech or financial product experience is a plus
- Accessibility knowledge is a plus
- Experience with design systems is a plus
- Backend experience with Node.js and REST APIs is a plus
- CI/CD experience is a plus
