Mid-Level Import Analyst – Hybrid in Brazil
Join Grupo Pinho’s foreign trade and logistics operations as an Import Analyst, coordinating customs clearance, documentation, and cargo release.
Description
- Classify goods for customs purposes using NCM codes
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading or air waybills
- Prepare applications for Import Licenses (LI)
- File Import Declarations (DI) or DUIMP submissions
- Track cargo clearance at ports, airports, and border crossings
- Address requirements and notices from the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service
- Maintain current process statuses in internal systems
- Track regulatory updates from the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, SISCOMEX, and other regulatory agencies
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience with import operations and foreign trade
- Working knowledge of customs legislation, special customs regimes, and taxation
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Analytical, organized, and proactive approach with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
