Description

  • Lead individual and team contributions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage and deliver methodologically sound Data Warehouse projects with high-quality client outputs on schedule
  • Help create data models aligned with business requirements and analytical goals
  • Support Project and Program leads with delivery management, project planning, and risk mitigation
  • Create and maintain documentation covering data warehouse architecture, ETL workflows, and system configurations
  • Take part in design and code reviews to uphold data warehousing standards and best practices
  • Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore colleagues to complete assigned work
  • Plan and assign tasks, monitor quality and timelines, and provide accurate project status updates
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Manage direct and indirect client communications within assigned responsibilities
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation while building knowledge of technologies, business areas, and delivery processes
  • Evaluate business problems and client needs, then build complex solutions with programming languages and ETL platforms
  • Handle complex challenges while applying disciplined task management
  • Lead process improvements, responses to client requests, and transitions for new deliverables

Requirements

  • Bring 4–6 years of hands-on Master Data Management experience, including relevant consulting-industry work
  • Understand core MDM practices such as data stewardship, governance, and quality management
  • Demonstrate experience with HCP/HCO customer mastering plus address mastering and standardization through third-party tools
  • Use data profiling, quality rules, standardization methods, and reference data management effectively
  • Know major pharmaceutical data sources, including IQVIA, MedPro, and Symphony
  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable, efficient MDM solutions
  • Experience with platforms such as Reltio and Informatica MDM is advantageous
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities while working collaboratively
  • Use Python for scripting and data manipulation
  • Write advanced SQL for data extraction and analysis
