Marketing Events Coordinator at MaintainX (Hybrid, Canada)

Coordinate regional events, customer meetups, brand activations, and flagship conferences for MaintainX’s industrial work-execution platform. The role combines event planning, cross-functional collaboration, attendee engagement, and pipeline-focused follow-up.

Description

  • Plan and deliver regional events, user meetups, and brand activations
  • Develop attendee lists and manage invitations
  • Follow up after events to convert conversations into pipeline opportunities
  • Manage smaller events from planning through execution, including venues, vendors, and run-of-show
  • Contribute to MaintainX’s flagship client-facing conference
  • Measure meetings booked, accounts engaged, and pipeline sourced or influenced
  • Apply event performance data to strengthen future programs
  • Collaborate with design, content, and demand generation on landing pages, signage, swag, and onsite experiences
  • Progress from event logistics toward ownership of conference programming

Requirements

  • Bring 1–2 or more years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related in-person events role, ideally within B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrate experience delivering in-person events ranging from intimate dinners to regional gatherings
  • Apply strong project management skills and careful attention to detail
  • Manage multiple event programs concurrently
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Bring creativity and enthusiasm for distinctive, people-focused experiences
  • Hold a valid passport
  • Be able to travel approximately 15% across the United States and Canada
  • Experience with CMMS, industrial software, or a startup environment is helpful
  • Familiarity with AI tools for everyday marketing tasks is helpful but not required
