Description

  • Assess AI-generated responses to life-sciences prompts for scientific accuracy, clarity, and suitability.
  • Label and rank model outputs to support training and performance improvements.
  • Develop authoritative answers to scientific questions for use as training examples.
  • Identify errors, misconceptions, and unclear outputs, then provide specific corrective direction.
  • Create realistic research tasks with scenarios, prompts, source files, and detailed evaluation rubrics.
  • Test tasks with AI models and refine them using feedback from expert reviewers.
  • Adhere to written instructions, documentation standards, and file-upload specifications.
  • Sustain reliable quality and productivity throughout the 12-week sprint engagement.

Requirements

  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely in writing.
  • Bring current or recent hands-on life-sciences experience at a detailed individual-contributor level, rather than exclusively in management.
  • Read instructions carefully and respond constructively to feedback and revision requests.
  • Rapidly review company data packages ranging from 100 MB to more than 30 GB and develop an accurate working understanding.
  • Use cloud-based file tools, including Google Workspace, comfortably.
  • Manage browser profiles, install desktop applications such as Claude, and work with files including Excel or Google Sheets conversions and compressed archives.
  • Commit 30–40 or more hours per week for the complete 12-week engagement.
  • Understand the general use of large language models and the broader AI landscape.
  • Have professional experience using tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in life-sciences work.
  • Distinguish well-supported answers from responses that sound credible but are incorrect.
  • Have knowledge spanning biology, oncology, drug discovery, computational biology, experimental biology, artificial intelligence, and data entry.
