Licensed Physician Freelance AI Trainer (Remote, United States)
Mindrift is seeking licensed physicians to evaluate health-related AI content and develop challenging clinical reasoning tasks. This part-time, project-based opportunity supports AI training for major technology companies.
Description
- Assess AI-generated health content for clinical accuracy and safety
- Evaluate answers to clinical questions using defined quality standards
- Design realistic, complex tasks for frontier AI agents based on clinical reasoning and patient data
- Develop detailed task variants with objective scoring criteria
- Create intentionally ambiguous task variants that encourage AI agents to reason with limited guidance
- Support health-focused AI training initiatives for leading technology companies
- Deliver accepted tasks within the deadlines for active project phases
Requirements
- Provide an English-language CV and state your English proficiency level
- Be a US-based practicing physician or another licensed clinical professional
- Hold a medical degree or a related degree such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, with clinical training in diagnosing and managing medical conditions
- Maintain a current, valid US professional license
- Remain actively engaged in clinical practice
- Have at least three years of hands-on clinical experience
- Demonstrate strong written English at C1 level or above
- Board certification is advantageous
- Submit tasks by the required deadlines and meet the stated acceptance criteria
