Lead Front-End Engineer (JavaScript) at Truelogic Software - Remote Argentina

Description
- Lead, mentor, onboard, and support the growth of the Buenos Aires front-end engineering team
- Establish front-end architecture, engineering standards, code quality practices, and scalable component patterns
- Review code rigorously and champion clean, maintainable, high-performance JavaScript
- Embed AI development tools such as Claude Code and coding assistants into engineering workflows
- Partner with Design, Product, leadership, and clients to deliver pixel-accurate, accessible experiences
- Own technical delivery, unit-testing approaches, accessibility compliance, and performance benchmarking
Requirements
- At least seven years of professional front-end development experience
- Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, or engineering guidance experience
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern component-based architecture
- Practical experience with React, Svelte, Vue, GSAP, Webpack, and automated testing tools
- Thorough knowledge of web accessibility, including ARIA and screen readers
- Understanding of rendering performance at scale
- Hands-on use of AI development tools such as Claude Code or comparable coding assistants
- Experience in a creative agency or leading client-facing engineering teams
- Strong ownership and project-management skills
- Ability to align technical decisions with business objectives
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina
