- Create UX and UI designs in Figma.
- Use UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished interfaces.
- Translate complex workflows and technical concepts into clear visual experiences.
- Prepare professional presentations for customers.
- Partner with technical and business teams.
- Balance UX and presentation design across multiple fast-moving projects.
- Design enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS products, or B2B tools.
- Use design systems and component-based application development concepts.
- Explore AI-driven applications, conversational UX, and AI-assisted design tools.
Requirements
- Bring 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience.
- Have strong practical expertise in Figma.
- Understand UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Have experience producing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Demonstrate strong judgment in layout, typography, spacing, visual balance, and consistency.
- Be able to clarify complex workflows and technical concepts through design.
- Bring creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Be comfortable creating professional customer presentations.
- Work effectively with technical and business teams.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
- Have exposure to AI-driven applications and conversational UX.
- Have experience with AI-assisted design or image-generation tools.
- Understand design systems and component-based application development.
- Have exposure to enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS, or B2B product design.
- Be familiar with PowerPoint, Adobe tools, Canva, or comparable visual design platforms.
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS, React, or Angular is an advantage.
- Hold a graduate or bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant hands-on experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
