Junior Social Media Manager — United States Remote

Support social media campaigns for Digital Media Management’s film, television, and streaming clients. Manage accounts, content calendars, copy, online communities, and campaign analytics.

Description

  • Collaborate with the team to manage social media accounts
  • Develop engaging campaigns for film, television, and entertainment clients
  • Implement social media strategies across client accounts
  • Create and maintain content calendars
  • Develop content themes and creative concepts for social channels
  • Publish content across social media platforms
  • Manage communities and audience engagement across social channels
  • Coordinate editorial calendars and content launches
  • Write platform-appropriate copy and refine brand voice and tone when needed
  • Contribute to company-wide campaign brainstorming sessions
  • Compile and manage campaign reporting and analytics

Requirements

  • Professional experience in social media, preferably in an agency setting
  • Experience developing or supporting social campaigns for entertainment or television
  • Hands-on experience publishing to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Reddit, with knowledge of platform best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work on schedule
  • Strong copywriting ability
  • Excellent interpersonal, client communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Current residence in the United States
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Willingness and flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends, or other hours when campaign needs require it
