Description
- Oversee consumer loan operations, including contract review and processing, loan registration, disbursements, settlements, operational and financial reconciliations, and agreement-related activities
- Examine consumer loan workflows to uncover improvements, increase efficiency, maintain delivery quality, and reduce operational risk
- Support cooperatives, members, partners, and internal teams through available channels and systems
- Deliver specialized assistance while resolving requests within defined service deadlines
- Exchange knowledge with colleagues and partner teams to help enhance processes
- Contribute to informed decisions, operational enhancements, and alignment among stakeholders
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree either in progress or completed
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Consistent focus and attention to detail
- Strong analytical reasoning
- Capacity to quickly learn and apply policies and procedures
- Flexibility in changing situations, including the initiative to suggest and test new ideas
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning while building independent capability
- Familiarity with consumer loan products is advantageous
