IT Support Analyst – Porto Alegre
Support Cresol employees with IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and CCTV. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site support at branches.
Description
- Handle employee tickets covering infrastructure, networks, CCTV, and other technology assets.
- Assist users with hardware and software issues.
- Split work between remote days and on-site visits to Cresol branches.
- Travel to Cresol branches as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, Networks, or a related discipline
- Currently enrolled in a postgraduate program in Information Systems
- Experience working with hardware and telecommunications
- Live in Bento Gonçalves, Rio Grande do Sul, or nearby
- Available to travel
- Have a vehicle
- Hold a Class B driver’s license
